To maintain and improve the quality management system ISO 9001:2000 which demonstrates that everybody in the company has a commitment to the quality of our product and services
To ensure continuing customer satisfaction by development and implementation of product and services we provide
Provide training and support which fulfils customer expectations and quality requirements
To meet and exceed current legislative requirements where possible
Continue staff development programmes to maximise the potential of the individual in meeting the business needs of the company
To focus on objectives that support this policy, regularly review them to evidence the continuing effectiveness of the quality management system and formally review at regular meetings
