Spray Booth System
Pictured at left is a large scale automotive facility whose spray booth exceeds 600 feet. The entire design, manufacturing and installation are performed by the Taikisha group from the plenum to the eliminator sections. Spray automation equipment and robotic painters ensure a high-quality finish on every vehicle while reducing the need for manual application. |

Phosphate & E-coat Systems
Taikisha's phosphate and E-coat systems are designed for optimum vehicle preparation and corrosion resistance. Specified dwell times for the immersion and spray processes are meticulously engineered for the cleaning of all vehicle or part crevices and the removal of contamination residue. The unit can then be thoroughly and evenly coated and the attraction parameters adjusted for horizontal and vertical surfaces. |

Bake Oven Systems
The ovens designed and built by Taikisha include safety features and maintenance benefits not found elsewhere. These include explosion-relief in the panel construction and direct and indirect burners for different paint curing applications. The interior duct construction includes symmetrical and vehicle design considerations for even surface bring-up and holding to insure an even paint surface appearance. Replenishing the hot air with pre-heated fresh air saves energy and eliminates chemical paint tar build-up. |
