Taikisha Engineering is developing expertise in 3D CAD. By this process, we actually simulate the manufacturing process of equipment, so virtually individual component of any equipment is produced in 3D and stored in library. Then intermediate product is assembled by this component on CAD and by creating sub assemblies, final assembly is generated. This software has also capability to give detailed 2D drawings for manufacturing fabricated items and BQ list for raw material component etc. Main advantage of this system can be listed as under:

When we design metal finishing plant, all the utilities are required to work automatically and all utilities selection by various systems is to be installed.
All these utilities are made of air compressing system, water deionising system, water treatment, and process piping.

| (3) Design, manufacturing and installation of special purpose plant and equipment |

In automobile industry, there are many kinds of special purpose equipment e.g. radiator coolant, Indian oil filling and dispensing system, gasoline, component washing system etc. All these systems have been worked out of basic engineering and all the equipment or component for such system are very similar to the painting plant and equipment. Hence, once we understand the client's exact requirement, machine can be designed and successful trial can be given prior to dispatch. Taikisha Engineering found that it is not difficult to make such system as per client requirement. |

| (4) Erection and commissioning of client's various equipment |
 |
Various plants like paint shop, weld shop, power plant, cement plant, sugar plant are very different from one to other application wise but basic engineering is the same. Particularly erection and commissioning activities consist of shifting, lifting, placing of the equipment to correct location as per detailed engineering, connecting of all these equipment from one to other and finally giving power supply and primary utility i.e. what we called commissioning. The most important for erection and commissioning activity is project management i.e. selecting the correct capable contractor, providing the material on time at site and making the detail document for erection activity. Thus we do not see any difference between the painting plant and other plants and have gained full confidence. |
