Based on its wealth of experience in surveying, designing and constructing cleanrooms, Taikisha has developed an airborne molecular analysis system that collects data on the concentration of airborne chemical particles. Air collected in a sampling kit is measured for inorganic metals, inorganic nonmetals and organic particles, and tested for airborne particles.
