For cleanroom interior finish as well, Taikisha has a strong record of successful results, and provides a diverse lineup of interior equipment.
|
Panel-type trim equipment (general
or incombustible specifications) Taikisha's panel-type interior trim equipment consists of cleanroom partitions that use prefabricated panels. Various surface materials, such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel or electrification-resistant steel board, can be selected to suit specific applications. |

Finish materials prevent chemical
contamination
Non-seal partitions use no silicon caulking, thus eliminating
any generation of siloxane.
We can also propose such solutions as the use of high-temperature
enamel steel with low generation of out gas, or the use of low
molecular siloxane cut type for seal materials.

Static electricity countermeasures
and charge-prevention panels To prevent damage to products from the generation of static electricity in cleanrooms, Taikisha eliminates static electricity in the air through effective control of room humidity and the appropriate apportionment of ionizers.
In addition, Taikisha's charge-prevention panels are coated
with a special antistatic material that is added to high-purity,
high-molecular polyester resin. Because it maintains charge
prevention semipermanently, there is no need to periodically
reapply the antistatic material.

Raised floor
To suppress vibrations and wear from the running of AGV, Taikisha
proposes the most suitable plan for raised-floor panel shape
and material quality.
