One unit can control pressure in 31 rooms
Air volume and air pressure can be regulated either for individual rooms or at a uniform level in all rooms. Fumigation operations including heating, disinfecting and exhaust are automated as well. Customers can choose from among five newly registered fumigation patterns as necessary. |

Conformance with computer validation
Taikisha's room air pressure control system has been compliant with the computer validation guide of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for more than 10 years.
Low energy consumption through precise, stable control
The Taicom RP31 surveys the entire system while using inverter control for energy-efficient operation. Because the system controls duct pressure when the filters in each room become clogged, no loss of conveyance power occurs. Furthermore, during non-operating hours, when little ventilation is needed, the system maintains the room air pressure while cutting ventilation in half. This enables energy savings of nearly 35%.
Complete inspection and warning functions allow labor saving inspection
The system's operation is inspected routinely, and any disruption or irregularity immediately triggers an alarm. As a result, one person is sufficient to handle the observation. In the event of a potentially hazardous problem, the system promptly shuts down. |

Secure backup through secondary CPU
Two CPUs are connected to the system. If a problem occurs in one computer, the other is available to use as a backup, thus ensuring a high level of safety.
Communications link possible with primary computer
The primary computer used for production environment management can be connected by the Ethernet or RS422. |
